
On Wednesday 7 August, around 30 people came together at The Local to enjoy learning about the health and taste benefits of the Mediterranean way of eating and how well it suits those of us lucky enough to live on Norfolk. Chef Kurt Menghetti showed us how to make tasty and healthy bruschetta, fresh pasta with a quick and tasty tuna sauce and the dessert was a Fig, Almond and Olive Oil Cake which brought together many of the elements of the Mediterranean style of eating.
