Norfolk Island Community Heath Promotion Plan 2019-22

The Norfolk Island Community Health Promotion Plan builds on the previous plan covering the period from March 2018 – April 2019. This plan details the activities proposed for the period April 2019 to April 2020. The focus areas will remain the same for the three year period. Each year the activities under each focus area will be refreshed in order to consider new and emerging priorities. A summary of the plan can be found by clicking on the link below. This plan also reports on activities undertaken in the previous 12 months.
