On Thursday 19 August, accomplished cooks, Judith and Paula showed how to make three delicious dishes. The theme this time was “Delicious ways to increase your Vegetable intake”. The dishes were Vietnamese Chicken Mint Salad, Fassolada (Greek White Bean Soup) and a very yummy Dairy Free Banana “Ice Cream”. They also had a delicious carrot top pesto for tasting.
