Singing for Wellbeing – A New Program for Everyone

Did you know that singing can help your health and wellbeing in many ways including helping to relieve stress; stimulating your immune system; improving your lung function and improve your mood and sense of wellbeing?

The Health and Wellbeing team in association with Carter Stormann will be holding choir sessions, starting Monday 17 April from 5.30pm – 6.30pm at the SDA Hall on New Cascade Road. No previous singing experience is needed. Cost is only $5/session so come along and give it a try.
