Leah McLeod facilitated the Permaculture follow up session on Thursday 27 April. There was a great turn out for this interesting topic on “Sowing the seed”. This was an overview of basic seed saving techniques. Growing, collecting, storing and the importance of seed sharing for strengthening local food networks. Tips on growing from seed, direct sow versus germinate & transplant.
The next session will be held on Thursday 25 May, this session is being facilitated by Nathan Taylor and the topic is “Experiences with whole property planning & his lessons-learnt applying permaculture design principles on Norfolk”.
