Swing Dancing

Feel like a bit of Monday fun and some physical activity? Starting Monday 24 July, come along to Intro to Swing Dance with Sharon and Vaughan who are working with the Health and Wellbeing team to bring you a swing dance program.

You will learn basic rhythm and step patterns to build into a routine to use anywhere.

Come along and give it a go, everyone welcome, no dance experience needed!

It’s good fun, good exercise and great to teach your brain new tricks!

 No dance partner is required.

 5.30pm – 6.30pm at SDA Hall, New Cascade Road, starting Monday 24 July

 $5 per person (wear sneakers or flat enclosed shoes)
