On Tuesday 20 October Chef James Garden demonstrated to an appreciative group some delicious and healthy springtime salads, dips and antipasto recipes. Thanks to everyone who came and enjoyed the event and thanks also to Sarah and Tony and their team at Castaway for hosting the event.
