It was lovely to welcome Mary Smith who is the Walk Organiser from Glandore Community Centre, South Australia to our Heart Foundation Norfolk Walkers group Sunday week ago. Mary is a regular visitor to Norfolk and this time came bearing heart foundation gifts for our walkers. These will be distributed this Sunday. Remember everyone is welcome to join the walking group every Sunday, 8am leaving from near the Kingston pier. Mary shared some photos. Thanks Mary!
